The massive basalt stone building with meter-thick walls stands above the former vineyard terraces. Today there is the large POOL, 20 meters long, in the sun from morning to sunset. The room layout according to floors:
On the ground floor, next to the large terrace is the living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, 1 bathroom and one of the 3 bedrooms. From these EC rooms you get directly into the garden next to the shady old cypresses.
To the upper floor a staircase leads from the living room. There is a small hall with wardrobe, the 2. Bathroom and another bedroom. Via the corridor you reach the 3. Bedroom and a guest toilet. The area of the former monasteries of SANTA MARIA is a historical place. Alone this deliberately chosen exposed location:

- MEDITERRANEAN SEA :
