The villa is set over three floors, carefully designed for comfort and convenience. The spacious lounge on the ground floor has a large TV, a comfortable sofa, air conditioning and large windows that offer stunning sea views. The lounge leads to a large veranda with a dining table, perfect for al fresco dining. The open-plan kitchen with large cooking island and dining area is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, including a wine cellar. On this floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds, another with a double bed (1.80x2 m) and a bathroom.
On the top floor is the master bedroom with a 2x2 metre bed, a private terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a double bedroom with a 1.80x2 metre bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and an office room with an additional bathroom with shower.
The lower level has a sitting area with large windows overlooking the pool as well as a double sofa bed for additional guests. A small fitness room with toilet is also located on this floor.
Outside, the villa offers a 9x4 metre pool surrounded by sun loungers, a small lawn garden and a barbecue area perfect for relaxing and al fresco dining. Private covered car parking is available.
The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout to ensure a comfortable stay. Final cleaning and a weekly basic clean including towel change are included in the price.
