Backed by majestic mountains, and overlooked by the hilltop village of Pescosolido, with its welcoming white church, the property is surrounded by hillside vineyards and olive groves.
Private grounds sporting a wonderful pool, plus an impressive BBQ area, sited amongst manicured lawns and flowerbeds. Indeed, privacy and peace, set amongst spectacular mountain scenery, are the plus points of this property. Air conditioning is available and there are insect screens on all doors and windows.
