Casa Belmonte has been renovated imaginatively in a rustic yet modern style with plenty of attention to detail. The property faces south and sits in a commanding position overlooking Lake Vinuela. The tranquil location features a fabulous 9m x 4m private salt-water pool with a large sunbathing area, open views and a shaded summer terrace with dining for 11 guests & a built in BBQ . There are other terraces too - a vine covered terrace by the kitchen/diner, a Spanish style walled patio that leads to a roof terrace (perfect for star gazing! ) are amongst some of the outdoor areas.
The cool, light, spacious house has 5 double bedrooms and 4 lovely shower rooms. All full of character. The 5 bedrooms are air conditioned for extra comfort in the summer months.
