This beautiful single story Villa is set in 6. 000 Sq. Meters of its own grounds with far reaching views of the valley. It is located just a short distance from the nearest village of Turis with excellent road links to the other villages nearby with the CV50 on your door step it is also in an enviable position to visit Valencia city and its beaches and of course a short transfer time to the airport of Valencia.
The villa as stated is on one level with the house consisting of Open plan sitting room & dining room with plenty of space and comfortable furnishing, with wood burner for our winter guests. There two double bedrooms one with en-suite and a twin bedded room with family bathroom

The Casita is set almost adjoin the main house but gives a sense of privacy or somewhere just to have down time away from the other members of your party or children. It has an open plan concept consisting of sitting room again with comfortable furnishings, double bed, bathroom and kitchen with hob, fridge and microwave etc.

There is a huge amount of space, with a large veranda / naya to enjoy your meals, barbeque area all just 5mtrs from the pool area. The pool area is located so it is in the sun all day plenty of tanning time here also the water temp is as high as possible the pool is 12mtrs x5mtrs fully filtered with views down the valley, more than ample terrace and easy access steps into the pool.
