Lovely well maintained and recently refurbished finca with a beautiful swimming pool close to the popular village of Son Macia. You will find local restaurants and shops within a maximum of 2 minutes drive and many beaches within 15 minutes drive.
Outside with a large 10m x 5m wide pool, surrounded by lawn, you will be able to swim laps and enjoy with your family or friends, then relax on one of the sun loungers, on one of the 2 surrounding rockers, walk barefoot or lie on the perfectly cut lawn by our owner will be pleasurable. There is a covered dining area next to the pool and 2 other outdoor tables where you can enjoy an outdoor barbecue (there is a portable and a built-in barbecue).
The interior of the villa will enchant you, a high quality rustic space will envelop you in a state of peace and relaxation that you are looking forward to on your well-deserved holiday. On entering, on the left is the living-dining room, with sofas, TV and dining table that can be extended for up to 8 people, and a door leading to the first bedroom, spacious, with a comfortable double bed. To the right of the entrance, through an archway, is the kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and another table for 6 people and a full bathroom with bathtub. Before the stairs there is a pantry.
Upstairs, there is another glazed living room, two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds and the second bathroom, complete with shower, and there is room to sit on the upper terrace and enjoy the views.
