The house is located in a rustic context with a farm (somarelli, geese, chickens ...) and animals are welcome. Being in the center of Emilia, we are in an optimal position both for those who want to visit the region and for those who need a stop to reach more distant destinations. It is therefore the solution suitable for those who love nature, but want the proximity of the communication routes.
The house consists of a single apartment of 80 m2 plus garden; not being close to us, we guarantee privacy and tranquility. It is possible to accommodate up to 6 adults + children. The apartment is spread over two floors: GROUND FLOOR (without architectural barriers): living area with kitchen and double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom FIRST FLOOR: large bedroom with 2 large single beds (any other single beds / cots will be added on request).
The apartment is equipped with every comfort:
