Peaceful Apartment with delightful views over Altea coast & the Mountains, within close proximity of Altea old town seafront as well as Albir & Benidorm,
A ground floor apartment with veranda and gardens with an open fresh feel with a contemporary yet modern decor, which is open planned & a fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar for entertaining. Lending through to newly fitted bathroom with power shower and full length bath.
A large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes with twin or double bed. With window looking out to the mountains.
The living room has large L shape sofa which also pulls out as a second double bed.
A good space veranda which again looks up to the mountains giving a warm breeze to relax and unwind while enjoying a breakfast or evening meal. The well maintained gardens lend a row of orange trees through to the swimming pool. Where you and children have the safe feeling as all surrounded within a gated community. Where all naughboures are friendly and all have a great interest in maintaining a lovely safe clean environment for all to enjoy.
The area. Has a local stores coffe bar which has beautiful sea views of Altea, and surrounded with parkland and palm trees with a friendly & safe neighbourhood with locals & Holiday marks alike. A few yards down the road is a lovely bistro which serves coffee wine refreshments. Evening meals great place to meet up where entertainment is layed on for all to enjoy.
There are many beautiful places to walk the mountains woodlands. Local market on Sunday's is a great place to visit lovely vibe. Locally you have the Main Street of la Nucia where you won't be hard to find local restaurants from local tapas through to Chinese. Great bars for entertainment. As will as plenty of store/ supermarkets. Plus the historical town of Polop a must visit to through the narrow cobbled street and the castle with amazing views. All this right on your door step.
There are plenty of buses running from la Nucia which within 10 minutes takes you to Benidom or Altea for beaches old town buildings amazing churches. Both towns provide great beaches and marinas where boat trips or just lazing on the open blue seas. Where a large variety of bars restaurants coffee shops with a great vibe and plenty to choose from. Night life entertainment from live shows to karaoke bars. What ever takes your fancy. It's all there.
Your only 5 to 10 minutes from any where, and is why we choose this apartment for ourselves. From unwinding lazy days at home or a fun packed day at one of the amazing water zoos & wildlife. The natural springs are our favourite place where a refreshing dip in the waterfall is exhilarating.
A short lazy drive through the winding roads & mountains and national parks to Calp or a tram ride from Benidom taking you through some beautiful scenery coastal routes to Alicante for the day or up to morira to the north.
All in all you have everything to choose from. From unwinding lazy days at the apartments stone throw from local stores & bars. To beach days. Country mounting walks, to local history of the old towns. To fun nights out. You won't need for anything here. And is why my partner and I have chosen this location and like to share with you. Plenty to suit every need.
