DISTRIBUTION: We access the impressive villa through an incredible main door, from which we find direct access to the garage and a terrace where the unbeatable views of the Mediterranean Sea are a fundamental part.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and dressing area, all of which are set in a spacious and luxurious environment.
The second bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and double bed, with terrace and sea views.
The third and fourth bedrooms share an impressive bathroom with direct access to the garden.
If we go back down to the main floor we find ourselves on the main floor, where luxury and details are a fundamental part. A majestic living - dining room, as well as a large open plan fully equipped kitchen are key to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. On this floor, there is also a guest toilet and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Through its large windows, we can enjoy a spectacular terrace and swimming pool area. In it, we have a barbecue area, chill out, hammocks to enjoy the Mediterranean climate or a stunning swimming pool with jacuzzi area incorporated.
The basement and lower level of the villa is dominated by a large open plan kitchen, bedroom with en-suite bathroom, cinema room, guest toilet and laundry room. This is the perfect finishing touch to a property that has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.
EXTERIOR: The villa is located on a large plot with an exterior structured in different areas and levels. Through the entrance gate, we will have space to park a maximum of two vehicles. The main terrace is located on the middle floor where we find two chill out areas where we can have some refreshments and enjoy with our friends and family, an outdoor dining table with several chairs, as well as sun loungers spread around the pool area. In addition, this spectacular villa has a peculiarity as it has a chill out area next to the pool and a wide vegetation of palm trees around it.
