The Space:
Spacious villa with private pool and stunning sea views. The house is located next to the golf court in a very quiet residential area
The following rooms are available for the tenants:
Ground floor: large modern kitchen (with TV and dishwasher) and exit directly to the pool terrace, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom;
Upper floor: dayroom with exit to the balcony, 1 living-dining room (with air-condition), 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms (three of them with air conditioning).
The equipment is very good, comfortable and modern with large windows to enjoy the great sea view.
There is a large pool terrace with a brick barbecue. Next to the barbecue is in the garage an outside toilette and there is a second big fridge and a second dishwasher for the tenants available.
Car parking spaces are sufficiently available on the property.
Internet via Wifi available. Television per netflix and smart-tv. There are about 8 sun-beds available for the tenants.
Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.
