Summary: Cons - First day I got here I used the drink machine and a dead fly came out. Not sure how often it’s cleaned - No water in gym, in fact no place to fill up water bottle. You have to pay for water, even though they say they care about single use plastic. They don’t. - Can only get a beach towel if you pay a cash deposit of €10. They don’t take card for this. - When checking in, no one offered to take my bag in. Customer service in general is 3/10 - No water or kettle in room - No iron in room and can only take €10 cash deposit to use an iron. - No hand wash in toilet near the gym. God knows that bacteria is being spread. - When cooking they used the same utensils for the meat and fish. Pros - Nice views - I got at a decent price - Food is good
