Summary: Positives: service was fast and friendly. Nicola was very helpful of where to visit in LUCERA and help with luggage. Breakfast pastries were fresh and coffee great.
Negatives: the location is a10 minute car ride to town and nothing is around (except unfinished building). Landscaping needs to be cleaned up to give the look from the photos. Any noise in the building is noticeable in the room, even chairs moving and low voices.
I picked because of the positives reviews, which I think are out of date.

Summary: Nicola was an amazing host! He was very easy to reach and communicate with. I loved my room and the dining experience for dinner was my favourite meal after 8 days in Italy. The views are spectacular

Summary: I think it must be an Italian thing, but when I ask for 2 separate beds for 2 different people, why would ANYONE think it’s ok to put the 2 twin beds together and cover them both with one sheet set?!? 2 beds means 2 beds APART!

Summary: We had such a great stay at Nicola’s place. He was so welcoming and helpful. We had dinner at his restaurant and the food was delicious. The whole ambiance and atmosphere are so inviting and soothing. Thank you Nicola for a wonderful stay. We look forward to staying there again.
