This 6-person detached villa is located on the attractive and well-kept Country Club resort on the beautiful, quiet and affordable Costa Calida, with a spacious sloping, safe private swimming pool and smart TV/Bluetooth tuner. The villa is equipped with a sun-resistant carport and a nice garden with lots of privacy, which is furnished with comfortable garden furniture, a washing machine and a barbecue where you can enjoy the Spanish climate. 250 meters away there is a Spar supermarket, large swimming pool, tennis courts, restaurant with a terrace where you can get hot sandwiches and an arcade. Buses depart from the Country Club center to Mazarron, Porto Mazarron, Bolnuevo and to the beaches. From Porto Mazarron you can make beautiful boat trips along the beautiful coast and there are other water sports options. The beautiful and recently constructed cycle path in the area goes over the Country Club and also towards the coast where there is a beautiful, protected nature reserve for cycling, walking, swimming and snorkeling. The beautiful oldest port city of Cartagena (35 km), Murcia (65 km) and many beautiful coastal towns are close by and are more than worth a visit. Beautiful cities of Malaga, Seville, Granada, Cordoba and Almeria are within driving distance. Just like the protected natural areas, Sierra Espuña and Sierra de las Morerras. Golf courses, go-kart tracks are located nearby. Water park, shopping mall and nightlife in Murcia are a must enjoy! There are 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, the upper bedroom has a private bathroom with balcony and a beautiful view of the resort and the mountains in the morning sun.
