Travel Purpose: business

Positive: There are some stunning restaurants just across the road, and a fair few mediocre ones. The pool is a lovely bonus. And you are right on top of the beach. The resort is wonderful, and we are recommending this place to anyone with SEN kids, or adults with disabilities. It is a truly welcoming place.

Negative: Emailed the host four times about if it would be possible to get into the flat early. Advised to ask on the day. Told we needed to wait for the cleaners. So we spent an hour sat on floor outside the flat before the door was remotely unlocked(Half an hour early, So we thank them for that). We think that the cleaners had been(They hadn't come out whilst we'd been sat outside), but had done a pretty shoddy job for the amount we get charged for them. First thing we did was wash all the plates and cutlery. We avoided the crisps that had been left in a drawer for us. The Flat is on the third floor, go up in the lift and then keep turning right. The keypad is the little black box on the door frame. Trust me, it's easy to miss. The shower was on the brink of flooding so we needed to clear that out. That took a bottle of chemicals and a root through the drains. The floor was filthy. The sofa bed was almost complete enough that someone could have slept on it. But, it's a lovely big balcony. The complex has a pool. It's on top of the beach. There's some good restaurants nearby, and some excellent restaurants with a bit of a walk. And Murcia is an amazing place. So much so that the wife and I are considering investing. Mainly because it is the most inclusive resort I have ever imagined. There are lifeguards with wheelchairs, ramps, crutches, and enthusiasm; to help every one into the sea. Drop kerbs all over. And an openness and acceptance that would make this the ideal place for SEN kids, or adults with disabilities Wonderful resort Wonderful location Good sized balcony Good sized Apartment(wouldn't want to have six people in there, but four would be ok). Poor communication Poor standard of cleaning(especially considering the charges). If the smell of weed makes you uncomfortable then this might not be the right place. I think a couple of stoners vent into the lifts.

Summary: Incredibly inclusive. So much to love about this, and a little more effort would make it fantastic.
