Immediately noticeable are the beautiful meter-high windows that ensure a beautiful light in the entire villa and especially in the living room and kitchen with dining area. You will be overwhelmed by a feeling of immeasurable space, which is enhanced by the beautifully landscaped, fully fenced private garden with terraces, private L-shaped swimming pool, large mobile gas barbecue, green strips and illuminated palm trees.
This architect-built villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms - one of which has an extra large shower room with two rain shower heads - a separate toilet, a luxury kitchen with all necessary built-in appliances and central air conditioning for cooling (or heating in the winter, for which there is also a wood fire). There is also a large American fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and of course there is fast internet with wifi. One bedroom has a sofa bed and this is also the games room with PlayStation PS-4 and a smart TV. In the four bedrooms there is a hairdryer in every cupboard. The sash windows can be opened and are equipped with an electrically operated roller shutter. There is also a roller blind for extra comfort. One bedroom has a safe large enough that it can also accommodate laptops and notebooks.
The house was designed by the locally famous architect Raul Torres. He is known for the harmonious bringing together of the environment and the house taking into account the wishes of the residents, wind direction and sun settings. Based on a solid foundation and construction, natural materials and energy-efficient solutions are used, including triple glazing and optimum roof insulation. With a little help from the residents by keeping the heat out as much as possible, you can stay here in this villa in the middle of southern Spain even without air conditioning.
