The apartment has 3 bedrooms (one double, the second with a trundle bed that converts into 2 singles and the third with a trundle bed that converts into a double) and two bathrooms (one with a shower en suite with the master bedroom and the other with a bathtub). All rooms are very bright and have access to the terrace. For more comfort, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The house has a very large parking space in the underground parking of the community. The nearest supermarket as well as the historic center of the town are about 1500m away. In 5 min walk you will find the beautiful beach of Cala Canyadell. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
