June 2020 will see the opening of the 18th century newly restored Maso Sghirlat. Charming traditional exterior hides a beautifully and warm clad in wood interior.
This vacation rental for 5 people max surrounded by woods and walking paths and trails, boast an idyllic setting with panoramic view of the Ortler Alps.
2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and leaving space make this property the right size for two couples enjoying the outdoor together or a family on a summer holiday.
If you wish to escape the city, get your children closer to nature, then a breath of fresh air in the garden facing valley and mountains will clear your mind.
The chalet is a short drive or, even better walk, to town, Cogolo is about 6km away.
The location offers a myriad of trails, walks, outdoor activities, and should you wish a bit more of civilisation around you..then towns and the renowned resort of Madonna di Campiglio are within afternoon or daytime distance.
The owner, Tiziano, chef of the Chalet Alpenrose in Cogolo, is also happy to offer you included in the rental rate one dinner, either catered to your chalet or directly at the Sissi Stube at the Chalet Alpenrose. ( max.3 people, to be confirmed for more people, and availble for stays of min. 5 night)
Services included ( light\water\gas for coocking\ wood for stove\final cleaning\bed and bathroom linen\parking space\external barbecue\taxes) not included and charged separately gas for heating (please ask Tiziano).
When it's time to leave, to -Verona Airport 170km, Bergamo Airport 147km, A22 Highway - San Michele all'Adige exit 62km.
POLICY AND HOUSE RULES:
Reservation from July till end August only on weekly base - saturday\sunday.
BOOKING: please always consider booked and confirmed the reservation upon receiving an email from the owner. Please provide car infos in order for us to register and provide you with the permit to drive in the Stelvio National Park (Name\Surname\Plate\Car Model)
CHECK IN from 11am and not later than 2pm, key collection at Chalet Alpenrose in Cogolo; after registering the owner or an appointed help will escort you to the Chalet and explain you how all works, included the infos regarding guided hikes with Mrs. Dossi and the guest of the Hotel Chalet Alpenrose. Furthermore you'll receive the voucher for the dinner offered at the Sissi Stube by Chef Tiziano.
PETS: well behaved pets are allowed for a total cost of €100.- each; pets will be registered and please note that being in the National Park has the MUST of keeping Dogs on a lead for their own security too. The Chalets have a 10m*10m external enclosure at your disposal.
