The house is located in a quiet room in a small town, family neighborhood and ideal for the enjoyment of children and the tranquility of adults.
It consists of three floors, one at street level and two in height. It has a closed garage to store the vehicle (especially in winter where it can snow or hail, it is not frequent, but it can happen).
On the ground floor is the living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as a bathroom. It is a large space, very cool in summer. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils in addition to microwave and dishwasher.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, all with double beds and wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower.
On the last floor is what we call there "cambra". It is a space that has a wood burning fireplace to prepare roasts of meat and paellas. This area of the house had two main functions, the first as a meeting place for friends and family for large meals, and the second as an area to dry the sausages.
