PALAZZO DEGLI OLIVI is an ancient Baroque building with Art Nouveau elements. Inside there are the apartments: "EUFORBIA", "LOFT LA ROCCIA", "ARCHI E BALCONI", "LA TERRAZZA DEI GELSOMINI" and the studio apartment "LA TERRAZZA SU MODICA".
The three residential floors of the building, connected by an internal staircase, have independent entrances and services, so it is possible to experience the "PALAZZO DEGLI OLIVI" both as a single dwelling, full of air and light, with 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, five balconies and two large terraces.
