THE VILLA:

It is a typical 18th century luxury country villa located on the hillside of Monferrato (UNESCO place from 2014), the ideal location for family and friends looking for eno-gastronomic tours. Relais Il Roseto was a part of a larger property of the family and it was refurbished in 2005: it maintained and enhanced the tradition of the villa integrating it with technology and more comfort. In front of the villa there is a nice pergola with the BBQ and a big stone table for 10 guest seated, perfect for the lunch during the summer or for an aperitif in Spring or Autumn with the typical local wine and cheese.
The Villa is developed on two floors and has 5 double bedrooms, 2 kitchens and air conditioning.
Relais Il Roseto is integrated in a magnificent botanical garden that received even a prize as one of the best rose garden in Italy. Now it is available only for our guests and special features and rare rose species and ancient trees, surrounding the elegant swimming pool, made of natural stones.
