Located on the ground floor of a terraced house, it has been recently refurbished and furnished in a modern and welcoming style. You will be informed about the correct use of the facility and will be given a welcome letter where you will find all the useful information for your stay and an end-of-stay evaluation questionnaire.
Guests are requested to provide the exact times and the arrival point (airport or station) in advance, so we can give them all the information to get the best and fast as well as to give us the maximum efficiency in the organization BUSINESS. Check-in 16. 00-01. 00 (of the following day)

Check in later than 20:00: 20 Euro supplement; over 23:00 extra charge of 30 Euro, beyond 24:00 surcharge of 40 Euro (to be paid upon arrival).
Upon arrival, guests must provide, as provided by the Italian Legislation, an identity card or passport for registration at the Questura and to pay a tourist tax of EUR 3.50 per person per day, not included in the cost of the reservation (excluding children under 10 years) and pay for up to 10 consecutive nights.
We ask our guests to respect the home by avoiding behaviors that could damage the spaces and services and keep it clean and order all the environments.
Practice good neighborhoods by avoiding excessive noise throughout the day and especially after 22:00 and until 8:00 in the morning.
Pets are allowed, as well as welcome.
No foreign guests are allowed, who are not part of the guests who booked the stay.
We do not accept any responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to property owned by the guests left in the house.
Please take care of the keys, in case of loss guests will be charged the cost of duplication and replacement, as well as in case of damage to other surface or furnishings. Please make rational use of water, light and heating. Ideal for a relaxing stay, the villa is located in an absolutely quiet neighborhood and well connected to the old town and the main tourist attractions of the city of Isernia. The apartment is 40 km from the ski slopes and ski slopes of Roccaraso and Campitello Matese. It is possible to reach the apartment on foot (1 Km) from Isernia train station. There are also bus stops, taxis and bus stops at the station square.
