HOUSE LOCATION
The house, "Can Torrent Vell" is located in the center of the village of Rocabruna, which belongs to the municipality of Camprodon (Girona-Spain)
The town of Rocabruna is located in an almost idyllic corner for its tranquility (see map).
DESCRIPTION OF THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE
It is a rural house rebuilt between 1976-1978, using the same old stones and retaining the same perimeter. The originality of it is that it maintains a symbiosis between the past and the present. Proof of this is the stone staircase to the access of the house.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERIOR OF THE HOUSE
The house has a capacity for 12 people with two additional beds, and is distributed on three levels: On the first level we find the garage and ping-pong room and other games.
On the second level, there is a large kitchen with fireplace, living room and dining room, and a home (fire), two bedrooms, a bathroom, an access staircase to the third level and a splendid terrace with magnificent views.
On the third level, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.
The 5 rooms are distributed as follows: three double, two with 2 beds each. (Two extra beds and baby cot available)

SPACES THAT SURROUND THE HOUSE
In the part of the entrance there is a garden area where you can enjoy the barbecue. The rest of the space is a large green area of approximately 650 m2
THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT
The house is located in a small valley facing south and is influenced by the Mediterranean climate. It is an area where you can observe the transition of Mediterranean vegetation to that of the middle mountain. Some of the most important summits are the "Comanegre" and "Montfalgars"
In this environment you can see small torrents with their waterfalls, animals such as wild boar, roe deer, moles, foxes, rabbits, etc. Also sparrows, swallows, woodpeckers, mouse eagles, owls, cuckoo and others.
THE ANNUAL STATIONS
Spring - Carpets of green meadows and emerald green leaves. Flowers and many flowers. Exuberance!
Summer - Pleasant temperature, walks, encounters, barbecues, baths and placid sunsets
