Positive: Our family returned to southern Spain in 2025 for the first time in seven years since 2018. A lot has changed since the pandemic, but one thing that hasn’t is how difficult it still is to find good family-friendly accommodations with parking near Seville. Among the options within a 30-minute drive from Seville city center and within our budget, this place had the highest rating—and true to the rating, the facilities and room size were impressive. Parking was easy, and one of the neighbors even came out to let us know we had parked slightly over the line and might get a ticket—very kind and helpful. It’s a tiny village, though, and there’s nothing to see or do in the immediate area.

Negative: Now, onto the downsides. My niece and daughter are both quite young and very sensitive to insects. Perhaps because of the warm weather, there were a lot of crawling bugs around, and we found many dead ones scattered across the floor. Also, due to the siesta culture and the fact that people tend to stay up late, we could clearly hear loud conversations from the neighboring house as if they were happening right next to us—sometimes until 2 or 3 in the morning. On the second night, the noise got so bad it felt like we were part of their karaoke party. The soundproofing is very poor. I’m usually someone who can fall asleep the moment my head hits the pillow, but in this place, the noise from neighbors and the constant whirring of a motor every time someone used the bathroom kept me awake most of the night. If you’re sensitive to noise, I would strongly advise against staying here—for the sake of your mental well-being. That said, I do understand that this is not entirely the host’s fault.
