The armchair extends to an armchair bed with a flat area of 180 x 80 cm . From the living room you have access to the large terrace with a view of the lake and the gardens, where you can relax away from the noise of the city . The terrace has a large parasol, dining table, small table and armchair for relaxing and a large gas barbecue. In front of the entrance and of the villa there is a very convenient reserved parking space.
