The CAPOMULINI TERRACE is a comfortable and panoramic seaside holiday home in the municipality of Acireale 8 km from the historic center of Catania. The house is located in a popular tourist and seaside area and is at the center of the most beautiful destinations of landscape, historical and cultural interest in eastern Sicily such as Taormina, Catania, the Etna volcano and Syracuse. La Terrazza di Capomulini holiday home overlooks the seafront of Capomulini, 15 meters from the sea, a small seaside village a few kilometers from Catania. The particularly clean sea is part of the marine protected area of the Cyclops which includes a series of volcanic rock islets that can be reached by the boats of the local fishermen. The photos do not describe the true beauty of the landscape.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a small building of 8 apartments and is composed as follows: a front balcony with a sea view and a rear balcony with a view of Etna. The front balcony is furnished and equipped with awnings, sofa, armchairs, table. The house consists of a large living room with two rooms, a double bedroom, independent kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine. It offers hospitality to a maximum of 4 people plus a baby cot in a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Ideal for a family or two couples of friends. It is possible to park the car under the house on the street or in a guarded paid parking 20 meters from the house which you can access day and night with an additional charge of 5 euros per day.
The holiday home is suitable for short and long stays. It offers many services: bathroom linen, bed linen and blankets, inverter air conditioning 12,000 BTU, electric heating, washing machine, fans, umbrella and deck chairs, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, various appliances, electric mosquito net , pots and utensils, table covers, fridge and freezer, microwave oven and microwave, television, clock radio, newborn cradle.

The town of Capomulini offers a clear sea with two small sandy beaches 50 meters from home and a rocky coast easily accessible by all. The seabed is rich in fauna and flora. Near the house there is a large shopping center where you can find everything you can need on holiday: a well-stocked supermarket where you can buy food and all the commercial activities of goods and services.
The short-distance destinations to visit are Catania, the Etna volcano, Taormina, Syracuse, Aci Trezza, Giardini Naxos, the gorges of the Alcantara river and other destinations that we will show you on arrival at the apartment.
The small landing place of boats near the house offers the possibility to rent small boats that can be driven without a boat license with which you can visit the most beautiful coves and beaches near the house.
For those arriving in Sicily by plane, we recommend renting a car at the airport where there are several rental companies that will provide you with the car of the most suitable size for your group to be free to move around the area. The area is served by taxis and buses that allow you to move to Catania and the nearby towns on the waterfront.
Capomulini is well connected with towns, cities and tourist destinations via highways and fast-moving roads. In the city of Catania you can use buses and underground. The local train will allow you to go around the Etna volcano in one day by making stops in the Etna countries.
