A descent leads to the lower floor, where we find a building subdivided as follows: a smart working area, a cinema, a gymnasium with a service bathroom, a spa (consisting of a Turkish bath, a sauna, a Jacuzzi and experience showers) accessible at an extra cost, and finally a shared kitchen accessible to all guests.
Not far from this structure is the depandance, which has two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, kitchen, bathroom and private garden, to enjoy total privacy.
Outside, always on this level, is the swimming pool with a solarium area, beach volleyball court, outdoor bathroom and outdoor showers at your service.
