VILLA CITA is immersed in Itri countryside about 10 minutes drive from the beautiful and crystal clear sea of Sperlonga and Gaeta with a 'large sandy beach and a picturesque old town. On the ground floor there is a lounge with fireplace, sofa bed, table for twelve people, double bedroom, plus another bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine, kitchen small but functional and equipped with dishwasher and with everything needed for a family. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with private bathroom with shower and terrace level. The ground floor is equipped with a great patio in the summer months for a leisurely al fresco breakfast or dinner al fresco with barbecue. The house can accommodate 6/8 persons. The villa is also surrounded by about 1000 square meters of lawn with oaks and olive trees ideal for sunbathing and for children to play in total tranquility. For its location it is necessary to have a car.
