We rent a beautiful villa with private pool between Alanya and Side, the most beautiful and cleanest beach in the region, Incekum.
He is very flat and very suitable for children and seniors.
The villa is located on a small hill, very quiet, surrounded by other German cottages. In 3 minutes you are down in the city, but in the house it is far from the tourist crowds.
There are 1000m to the beach and the shops, ie supermarkets (Migros, Bim)
Maid, gardener, watchman, Poolman plus German-speaking neighbors are on site.

Summary: We enjoyed the villa but there were a few little problems worth noting for other people. There are water problems in Avsallar which affected us - we lost water for a few hours on a couple of occasions so you need bottled water. We also had a power cut because of faulty wiring in the villa that happened when we were away, and unfortunately we had to throw away two days of refrigerated food as a result. Luckily it was fixed quite quickly when it was discovered, an electrician came out. There were a few small problems - batteries in many remote controls were dead and had to be replaced by us and many of the lights need new bulbs. Small things. But the villa was clean, had lots of useful supplies like deodorant, tampons, shampoo. On the whole, quiet. Pool was very good. Location good. We enjoyed our stay and the villa is nice.
