The entire property is made up of the main building and a nearby annex, and can accommodate up to 24 people, with the possibility of reaching a maximum of 28 people at an extra cost (30.00€ per additional guest per day). The villa has 14 bedrooms (11 double beds, 3 single beds and 2 bunk beds) and 13 bathrooms (10 with shower and 3 with bathtub). Moreover at guests\' disposal a gym (free of charge) and a spa (with a fee).
