Summary: This is the perfect lodging for your stay in Ischia. It's a short drive from the Ischia marina, where the ferry drops you off, but the public bus (less than 3€ a ride) is right outside of the hotel to get you back to the Ischia Marina where there are countless bars and restaurants, as well as the main shopping on the island, or to Fario where you unlock another world of the island. So convenient! The hotel staff themselves are so accommodating, as well. The staff during our stay didn't speak anything other than Italian but we communicated over WhatsApp or Google Translate easily. I had a 6:30AM hike one morning and the staff not only made sure I had a car ready to drive me to the meet up location but they left out a cold breakfast and hot coffee in a thermos for me. So thoughtful and above and beyond what I expected. I hope to return not only to Ischia but to Villa Marinella!
