It is located in the middle of Le Marche countryside not far from the famous Sibillini Mountain National Park and the Riviera delle Palme sandy beaches. The house is divided into three independent apartments with private entrances, all located on the ground floor, next to each other. It can be rented as a whole for extended families with children or for a group of friends. It offers three living rooms, three kitchens, five double bedded rooms and two single bedded rooms. This property includes a private naturalistic trail which extends for about 1 km and where you could find some break areas with seats and tables for a lovely pic-nic al fresco, moreover there is the possibility to do trekking, jogging and mountain biking.
