Villino Bruna is a Romagna farmhouse that has been completely renovated. From its fantastic hilly position it has a wonderful view over the expanses of vineyards that cover much of the property and from which an excellent wine is obtained. The building has been completely redesigned, based on a detailed project of the owners, who have combined perfectly tradition and modernity, and which responds to precise choices of functionality and elegance at the same time. All the rooms have been lightened by a style of furniture inspired by refined modernity, the furnishings are simple and elegant with touches of country chic inspiration, in perfect harmony with the pastel shades of the walls and with the precious decorative details that enrich every corner of the house, creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere.
Interior:
The villa has only two floors. The entrance on the ground floor leads into a welcoming open-plan area consisting of a sitting area, a dining area and a large open kitchen; large well-lit windows lead out to a beautiful portico overlooking the internal garden and the swimming pool. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with shower and the laundry room. The classic central staircase of Romagna farmhouses leads up to the first floor consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and two bedrooms (one double and one twin) with a further bathroom with shower.

Park:
Villino Bruna is surrounded by a 2000 sq m fenced garden, bordered by luxuriant hedges guaranteeing privacy but not depriving you of the view of the beautiful hilly landscape of Bertinoro to the north of the property. In front of the automatic entrance gate to the property is a large parking area, conveniently located in the immediate vicinity of the house entrance. From here you are welcomed by a well-kept garden full of flower beds, flowering plants and bushes of Mediterranean herbs. On the south side of the villa is the shady and spacious portico which communicates with the living area, equipped for unforgettable meals and a brick barbecue.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The infinity pool, adjacent to the portico, is located in a panoramic position and is reached by either a natural ramp or a flight of steel steps. Measuring 12 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.30 m, it is lined in grey PVC with the border and surrounding area in teak; it has chlorine purification and large steps and a steel ladder for access to the water. The remaining part of the pool area is lawn and washed garden gravel and is equipped with a table, chairs, deckchairs, sunbeds and a cold water shower. It is available to guests from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
Pets:Yes. € 50,00 per animal per week to be paid on site. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
